Emergency Response

Our highly trained mobile response drivers will always respond quickly to any alarm call out, thus leaving you with peace of mind knowing that your premises are secure and not at risk.

As we will be first nominated key holders on your monitoring station list, the following procedures are followed when we receive notification of your alarm activation:

• Our control room receives a phone call from the alarm monitoring station informing us that there is an intruder alarm activation at your premises.
• Our control room dispatch the response driver to your premises.
• Response driver arrives at your premises and assesses the situation.
• The response driver will manage the situation if there has been an attempted break-in or an actual break-in by:
• Notifying the Police/Guarda
• Boarding up
• Notifying the Alarm engineers
• Arrange for a static security officer to stay at your premises if they cannot be made secure
• Reset the alarm or arrange for an engineer if there is a fault
• Every time there is an alarm activation at your premises a detailed report will be left by the response driver for your records.

This service can work in partnership with mobile patrols and key holding, giving you better peace of mind and security.
