All our manned guards are trained to SIA requirements, Basic security Training and Conflict Resolution Management. Our 24 hour, manned control centers help ensure the safety of our on site staff, while helping us provide all our customers with an efficient and effective service. Main responsibilities of our manned guards include: Patrolling all assignments at regular intervals Monitoring on-site security systems and ensuring alarms / disturbances are investigated fully Remote patrolling using CCTV systems from our remote monitoring centre Locking and unlocking of buildings/premises Providing a Key holder service

Emergency Response

Emergency Response Our highly trained mobile response drivers will always respond quickly to any alarm call out, thus leaving you with peace of mind knowing that your premises are secure and not at risk. As we will be first nominated key holders on your monitoring station list, the following procedures are followed when we receive notification of your alarm activation: Our control room receives a phone call from the alarm monitoring station informing us that there is an intruder alarm activation at your premises. Our control room dispatch the response driver to your premises. Response driver arrives at your premises and assesses the situation. The response driver will manage the situation if there has been an attempted break-in or an actual break-in by: Notifying the Police/Guarda Boarding up Notifying the Alarm engineers Arrange for a static security officer to stay at your premises if they cannot be made secure Reset the alarm or arrange for an engineer if there is a fault Every time there is an alarm activation at your premises a detailed report will be left by the response driver for your records. This service can work in partnership with mobile patrols and key holding, giving you better peace of mind and security. KeyHolding   KeyHolding This is an alarm response service. If your alarm activates for any reason your monitoring station will contact our control room. We will deploy our patrolman who will carry out both an external and internal patrol of your premises. Findings are reported to the control room that will follow your instructions. The next working day a report will be faxed to you informing you of all actions taken or required. This service can work in partnership with mobile patrols and ,Emergency Response giving you better peace of mind and security. Mobile Patrol   Mobile Patrols Our mobile patrol units can offer you the following services Internal & external patrols 24/7 all year round Property inspections meter readings, checking for any water leaks, escort any potential viewers Lone workers where the patrol units will respond if no check calls are received off the lone worker Open ups & lock ups this service is where the mobile patrol unit will secure your premises and set & unset your alarms Escort service were the mobile patrol unit can collect you from your home address take you to were you have to go and then return you home safely Courier service a secure document container can be provided and collected regularly the contents destroyed under secure conditions and certificate of destruction provided Data tape service comprises the secure collection/storage and delivery certified destruction can also be undertaken Cash or jewellery escort service you will be picked up from your business premises driven and escorted to where you need to go then retuned safely back This service can work in partnership with Key Holding and Emergency Response giving you better peace of mind and security.
